The first step is to determine what ignition cutoffs are in place in the coach. In my prior class c (non Thor) the vehicle could not be started if the slides were extended. The same was true for our Challenger. In my current coach (Accolade) if the ignition is switched on while the leveling jacks are extended the system goes nuts sounding a very loud alarm and flashing control panel lights. This leveling system, unlike the Challenger, operates with engine and ignition off and not on.

So, determine what ignition cutoffs are in place and how they may impact a remote start system.
