When you call the RV salvage place, see about replacing the entire seat. The skins on the OEM seats are starting to shred. Cheap leatherette crap. Rather than reupholster, it might be smarter to just find salvage seats or order new ones.
There has been a lot of discussion about the upholstery on this forum.
