you should not have a problem with the coffee maker on inverter. You have about 15 amps to work with and the coffee maker doesn't come close to that. I run a crock pot on ours all day with refrigerator, phone charges, vacuum cleaner recharge battery and lord knows what else on a 2000 watt inverter. Happy boondocking and enjoy your cup of joe
