Funny this came up today. I just changed my user name from my email the other day. I don’t remember having a choice when I signed up here but I probably missed it. Although I don’t think I had a spam issue. No more or less emails. Just seams like a good idea to have a user name other than an email address. It was easy to change. I had to email the administrator here and request the change. Easy-peasy. 😎
