When you get a new RV, you are destined to discover everything about it. And... it's rarely the same problem from one camper to the next.
Check the voltage on the large red wire at the controller as it supplies power to the controller and the slide motors. It should have power anytime there is power to the coach (it also powers the motor's brakes)
