I think you are very unlikely to meet the GAWR with the Goldwing. The OCCC which is roughly the difference between curb weight and GVWR is about 1,500 lbs. Fuel, driver, passengers and gear will take about 1,000 lbs, leaving 500 lbs distributed between the two ends.

The Goldwing and the carrier weighs about 900 lbs.

Carrying your Goldwing in the bed of your truck is your best option.
