DRV is well aware of the virus issues and if they are willing to offer to repair your roof, because it is the right thing to do, they should be flexible knowing about the border crossings.

People crossing the borders is an issue, can you meet at the border and have the trailer picked up?

DRV is run by Heartland people who have frequently made arrangements in the past to pick up and/or deliver trailers requiring extensive repairs.
They did quote me to pickup the trailer and return it but it did not seem like they were interested in me bringing it closer to them (but not across the border). The quote there and back was almost as much as replacing the roof on my dime so that also out at the moment.
