GFI outlet and/or breaker controls any outlet within 6' of a water source. That includes outside, and any outlet in a ground level access storage bay. Some microwaves are on that circuit but do not need to be and should be on a separate circuit because a microwave, toaster and coffee pot will trip the breaker.
