You need to find the leak and stop it. And if it was mine I’d find a way to remove the belly cover and inspect the extent of the wetness. If you really do have a leaking drain or anything else that might be significant or might have been going on for a while you might be surprised at the size of the mess. You really should remove the wet insulation so you can look at the floor above. Water is relentless and the damage it causes is very serious. Structural damage and or mold are common. And you already have some failure of the belly cover. If you aren’t able to take this on yourself you should get it checked at a reputable RV service center. It could be expensive. Or not, if you’re lucky. Obviously I don’t have any insight on your particular issues and I’m sorry if I seem to be over reacting or scaring you. Good luck. I hope it’s easy.
