Hi ! I just picked up on this conversation...
this may be a redundant question...
ARE YOU SURE you have the water turned on to your heater?
Our water heater in our Axis has the dual switch and
5 years later, it has never missed a drop of hot water and
it heats quickly via 110 or gas
