My OCCC is 2005lbs based on yellow placard. I could see the 500lbs being my outdoor kitchen, fridge, and outside TV?

Newmar is a bit more considerate in their chassis selection. They use a 20,500 lb GVWR chassis for coaches over 28 ft. My last coach had a 2400 lb OCCC and I used every single pound of it.
