I have removed windows that I thought were the problem just to discover that the source was really the joints higher up. The intruding water will find a path down as far as gravity will allow it and either escape or be soaked into the wall if it can't drain out.

Follow up I just got my ACE back from Thor they took the window out ,took panel off replace ,sealed around mirrors, top of roof ,around antenna, getting 5% readings on moisture meter Thor said that was in their standard I don’t know but we’ll see
