I’d care if it was mine. Try buffing it out with some fiberglass restoration product or even automotive paste cleaner/wax. “They” say not to use wax on the decals so maybe try it on the base surface first and then be careful on the decals. I expect you can at least improve it significantly with these simple home remedies. Vexing isn’t it? I scratched my passenger side mirror on a tree branch the very day we purchased our new rig. Couldn’t be avoided but still hurt.
