I did receive manuals for the AC's, they are AIRXCEL units, the web site on the from cover is

the model number is 48253C969. You should have received two packets, one for both front and rear. Those packets will have the warranty info along with a card that has the unit model number and serial number. I would check with the dealer or THOR for the info, probably good stuff to have!
Did your unit come equipped with the LINC wireless remote??
