We were told during inspection that the connections would move and angle straight down as needed but the connections do not appear to have the ability to move. Should the connections be able to swivel? Do other XG32 owners have this issue?

I don’t have your coach so can’t provide a definitive answer but very often the outlet does swivel. But they can be pretty stiff. On my coach (SOB) I put a 2 foot length of sewer pipe on my outlet. It collapses enough to fit inside the compartment but I always extend it out the access hole before removing its cap so that any leakage will spill on the ground rather than in the compartment. Also it’s easier to hook up the long hose.
