my 2014 Palazzo chassis batteries, from the original chassis build back in late 2013 at the Gaffney Freightliner plant have never had any issue whatsoever cranking the coach - in over 110,000 miles and 6 1/2 years - I can't imagine why yours would not be working...
but, good news is this: use your AUX button/switch at the driver dash - hold down for a few seconds then crank over the ignition and continue holding for even some time afterwards. If your HOUSE batteries are well charged, you'll have all SIX batteries working together to crank the coach.
