Try calling Axxera directly. They have customer service people. I have had alot of problems with mine and the last time the tech had me remove the faceplate (screen) and re install it. There is a release latch latch on the top of the screen on the back in the center of the screen and re install the screen. This resets the radio. These radios are GARBAGE and has been a problem since 2019 when i picked up the coach 2019 Miramar.
