Well the only Heartland that is 42'3" is the 3895FK so your kitchen is all the way at the front of the trailer so it probably has its own gray tank, and the shower has its own gray tank, so other than the benefit of added water to the black tank from the bathroom sink (which as MJC62 said, is a common practice, especially in motorhomes) I would think you could probably reroute your bathroom sink to the shower's gray tank - or now that you know - just be judicious with your bathroom sink water usage.
