Check your 25.3's VIN to see if you're on an E350 or E450 chassis. That will give your GVWR and GCWR.

Then take your coach to a scale. Subtract that value from both GCWR and GCWR (mostly GCWR) while you're at it take your RAM to the scale too. If the RAM's weight is >(GCWR - coach weight) then No.

For a 2018 Vegas you likely have an 8000 lb hitch (but that doesn't mean you can tow 8000 lbs see math above).
