I have my 12v batteries connected in parallel, that's the way they were. If i go in series, wont that make it a 24v system?
Very true. Two identical batteries in series double the voltage but the amp-hs remain the same. Two identical batteries in parallel double the amp-hs but the voltage remains the same.
