Starting to sound like your bulb/S aren't installed in the housing correctly.

The housing is held in with 3 bolts.
Look for 2 between the bumper and bottom of the headlight housing.
With the hood open 1 small bolt on top of the housing.

The bulb is keyed, only goes in 1 way, about a quarter turn counterclockwise and out it comes. Here's the problem, when installing if you don't seat the bulb correctly you'll end up with a condition like you seem to have.

Instructions are in your owner manual.
Don't touch the glass part of the bulb, if you do clean it with alcohol
