New Rv-er
Hi all..glad to join this forum. Finding lots of good info. I'm a first-time rv-er, recently purchased a 2021 Gemini 23te. No road trips yet because lots of things that need to be fixed and want to be comfortable that know the vehicle well enough.
So far..with a hard rain, water occasionally comes in living area though a/c; door will not open because of door handle lock problem; slide-out sometimes works without a reset; a/c condensation puddles under door; day of pickup, dealer installed a bypass button to get awning to work (I agreed to the bypass). Except for getting rained on while inside, all have been fixed or might be fixed in due time. Dealer had no solution to hard rain problem. I have been warned that getting bugs out with a new rv will be necessary. I'm ok with that--for now. what I didn't expect that the owner goes to the front of the line (warranty repairs) when dealing with the dealership I purchased from, and back of the line with others. Back of line is 3 weeks to 2 months for an appointment for repairs.
