I was actually trying to examine the space underneath the driver and passenger seat thinking about one or two slide out drawers. It seemed like a good place for more storage.

What did you do to the passenger side cup holder ? I, already, know after one short trip that this needs a modification...actually, on both sides. Ron has, even, resurrected his cup holder which he placed on the floor between the seats on our previous B+ ...
