That is the slide control panel. The slide motors are plugged into the controller. If you have a fault, you can count the red light flashes to determine what is causing the fault. You can also push the bypass button(small button) in order to bypass it and use your slide controller to move the slide or you can disconnect the motor at that controller and push the slide back in. Once it is back in place, reattach the slide motor connector so the motor locks the slide in place. If you don't, the slide could open up on you while driving. If you have them, slide locks work well in that situation.
