Good for you Bob.

I got Moderna vaccine early in January and February, and got a breakthrough case of Covid in late September. In retrospect I wish a booster had been available sooner.

It wasn’t that bad on me physically, although some annoying symptoms persist a month after I tested negative again. I still can’t smell anything, get out of breath much easier, have to watch what I eat, and often fall asleep in middle of day which I never did before. I’m hoping it’s all temporary.

On bright side I didn’t end up in hospital or worse yet dead. And as reminder that we don’t live in a vacuum, a loved one I infected with Covid wasn’t as lucky.

Given your condition, I think getting a booster was a great idea.
