At the ATS its 120v on one leg only.
------------Test ATS-------------------
Black has 120v
Red has 0v

Generator is Cummmins ONAN QG 5500 Model 5.5HGJAB-1038L
----- Gen test breakers -------
Breaker top tested 120v in and 120v out (back of breaker white wire & black)
Breaker bottom tested 120v in and 120v out (....)
while gen on shut each breaker off and the out side went to 0v
------------
After doing the test it doesn't seem to be the breaker
Anywhere else I can check on the Generator?
