Congrats on your Lincoln. My wife & I have been fulltime in our Jefferson over 1 1/2 years. Lots of good times and a few bad times. Don't take anything for granted that its going to work. We didn't check the microwave. I replaced it myself two months later. Make sure A/C unit is blowing out all vents in the ceiling. We purchased our unit in Feb. We did check A/C.
