Insulating the cooling chamber seeming like a project worth investigating. Anyone seen or done it? Not sure how much space there is under the shroud to play with.

Myself and others have insulated the evaporator housing. Use Frost King Adhesive Duct insulation. It’s knly about 1/8” thick and plenty of room under the shroud.
