Buyers will research the specs and floorplan so dont over elaborate this stuff. Its appearance will speak for itself. Sell it as-is with an aggressively competitive price. Your first offer will be your best offer. Just make it go away and use the money for a grande celebration of the fun you've had with it. If you're not ready for this approach, just sit on it until you are. Any family members want to keep it alive...if so, almost give it to them...keep it in the family.
