In and around Casper ... we are scouting locations for a student trip for the 2017 solar eclipse. The zone of totality goes right though WY from Jackson to Casper.
Google 2017 eclipse and you can find a map that shows the whole path of the eclipse as it starts in Oregon and arcs the the U.S. all the way to South Carolina.
BTW, the eclipse will happen on Aug 21st, 2017.
