Can you look up your VIN? That would tell you for sure. For a Class A, I would suspect the VIN is from the chassis builder, not the coach builder - but I don't know for sure.
One thing I found out with my Class C is that the warranty period from Ford started when the cut-away chassis was delivered to Thor/MorRyde. On the "B" pillar on the driver's side, there is the Ford identification plate with VIN showing mfg in 11/2010 and next to it is the Thor identification plate with the Ford VIN showing mfg in 1/2011.
So I am not sure that means the RV mfg is not truly an authorized Ford reseller or what, but when I called FORD (I bought the coach used), I found the warranty period began 11/2010. So in reality, the warranty was active when Thor was building the coach and when it was sitting on the dealer's lot.
The chassis was a 2011 model year although it was actually built in late 2010. This is consistent with the auto industry as they start building next year's models in Aug or so of the year prior.
Be that as it may, the FORD VIN shows 2011 although it was built in late 2010.
So there may be a discrepancy between model year and year of actual manufacture in any vehicle, and it is possible your chassis is a 2013 model year, but built in 2012.
Somewhere though I have to believe there has to be a chassis mfg identification plate with the VIN (in addition to the Thor identification plate). Maybe it is attached to the frame somewhere that you cannot see, or perhaps under the steering column, etc.
