The downspouts sticks out about an inch on each side facing away from the center of MH. Hopefully when you get your mh back you can take a couple of close up shots. I have the room to install no problem. It's more on if you installed above the awning rail or below...assuming above, the downspouts you used since all I looked at and then ordered where too wide and lastly if you screwed into the side of mh for the downspouts? Maybe we can talk outside of the forum for specifics so we can have a quick chat? Here is my email
