upgraded electrical storage question

I'm in the process of upgrading my RV to solar and in doing so I'm adding a lot more electrical storage and a fourth charging source. My system is only 2 years old and is still in fairly good condition, just very small. So my question to you is what did you do with your old system if you couldn't integrate it into your new system? Mine is just two 6v batteries (good batteries) with a small charger to keep them topped off and an inverter. I hate to just chuck them in the trash, so what would you do with them? drop an inline breaker on the inverter and dedicate a single outlet for my goldfish? Parallel them onto my existing starting system? they're too big for paper weights. I'm at a loss for what to do with this too little system.
