Oh I completely agree. My quesiton, although poorly asked, was is there anything to look out for. Like "Oh that model is great but look out for a soft floor in the basement. If there is one then look here to see if X has happened. That is kind of what I was looking for. Sometimes the experts know little "Known" issues with these units.

And I do love the floor Plan and everything else pretty much about this thing.
And that is why I am questioning it. "What am I missing here?"
Thoughts on what it would be worth. They are asking 33 basically.
