Its unlikely the entire fresh water tank would have frozen solid in 24 hours... though the lines certainly can.
Need to give it time to fully defrost before you will be able to get any water flow - and check for leaks/damage.
Hopefully the actual ice blockage is in a small section and survived without splitting.

(Tanks heaters won't help much - as they heat the gray/black drain tanks - those are likely fine as they have room to expand (except the pipe to the gate valve)).
