I dont have EEZTire but I do have flow through sensors on all my wheels. I bought a set of the stem caps that dont need to be removed to fill. This allows me to add or adjust air in the rear duals without having to reach in between them. You just need a long truck style air chuck. There is plenty of room in the rear for the larger flow through sensors. The area you might have trouble is in the front where the covers may not want to go back on unless you have cut outs you can align with the valve stems. The only other issue I have with the flow throughs is that when you need to add air it does not flow as fast so you end up holding the chuck on the tire for what seems like forever to get the pressure up a few psi, but in the 2 years I have had them I have only had to add air twice and that was because of some very low temps in the Rockies.
