Took mine in and had it changed out also. Didn't observe, so not sure how they accomplished it but was told it went ok. Took over 6 quarts of oil. A word to the wise: Don't ask Camping world to check your engine oil or genny oil unless you want to shell out about $50. Wanted to charge $10. more but I refused to pay the "materials used" fee.
