Avoid Classic Ford of Columbia instead go to Dick Smith Ford a few miles down the road. My check engine light came on so went to Classic and they "just had too much to do" and refused to service my new vehicle even though 4 men were sitting at computers with no customers in front of them. Andy Wilson service manager gave me the same humma humma excuse after Dean Ray left the service area to call him. Makes you wonder who's in charge. Drove to Dick Smith Ford and Rick Wheeler service lane supervisor took the time to personally read and advise me on the code. Code was several engine misfires (probably due to poor quality gas or loose gas cap. Rick cleared the code I drove to a gas station and filled up and a couple hundred miles later arrived at my destination with no further check engine lights. Took Rick maybe 15 to 20 minutes total to help me. Remember Classic Ford had four of these guys sitting behind computers with no customers in sight. Please support Dick Smith Ford and tell Rick I appreciate his help.
