Today it happened again. It's not only the cost of the tires, and field repair, but also the time, which resulted in losing a night's stay at the RV park we had booked for tonight. We can see that the mud flap is intended to protect the propane tank, and now with today's disaster, the propane tank's wiring is exposed. Is there a better solution that protects the integrity of the tires, the propane tank, not to mention myself, and my husband?

What did you end up doing if anything. I just got back from a 4,200 mile road trip, at we smelled rubber burning. We have a Four Winds 31E. Turns out it was the forward flaps on the rear tires rubbing. Looking to replace/prevent future issues.
