RV storage

I live year round in S/W Florida. We use our MH quite often, at least once a month during the winter months going to dog shows and weekend trips, however during the hot summer months we make one or two long trips up North to visit family and friends. It may sit for several months between trips. I have a covered gravel RV pad that is pretty level. I keep my jacks up and slides in while stored, however I do exercise everything once a month. Run the generator under load for about a half hour, run the slides out and lube them. Move the MH by driving it around the block etc. I keep the Max Air roof vents open and one window cracked for air circulation. I use screens over all furnace, water heater and fridge vents to keep mud daubers out and put Bounce fabric softener sheets in all compartments and drawers.
These procedures have worked well for me on both of my RV's while living in Florida.
