Hey Rick!
We have towed a CMax Energi for three years now. Definitely would not recommend plugging it directly into your RV. If you have an additional 30 or 50 amp connection at your campsite then a dogbone or straight adaptor should work for you. We have both a 50 to 30 amp dogbone and a one piece(30A to household) plug adaptor that we carry with us. One or both will work every time to get us to a household connection for the car. Problem may be finding a second receptacle with a separate circuit breaker at your campsite.
