Ok... incline doesn't look bad from a 'parking' standpoint... Likely would be an issue trying to run the RV fridge (it really wants to be level) - or sleeping in it might feel interesting.

When you say the 'back butt is about 18 inches off the ground' - I assume you mean the bumper... Aside from making it a challenge to get on/off the rear ladder - not an issue at all.
Are the rear wheels on the ground when level? If so I would do nothing - just level it when you need to use it - or to run fridge in prep for trip...
If not - might want something different - but again would depend how often you need it leveled.

You will get different opinions on 'wheels off the ground' with jacks if that is the case. They will hold the weight.
