New to us 2016 Quantum PD31
Hello all,
My wife and I purchased a used 2016 Quantum PD31 with 5800 miles on it in August. We purchased it at Alpin Haus RV in Port Jervis, NY. We started having trouble with the full wall slide out right away. It was beyond the scope of the dealer to repair the problem. Thor customer service however got involved and authorized the repair. They shipped the parts and sent a Thor technician to the dealer and repaired the coach. Thank you Thor.
We hope to take at least one trip before heading to Florida in January.
