New Santa Fe

We just purchased a new 2017 44' Santa Fe yesterday. This is our 6th Mobile Suites. I think they have made improvements in them every year. Have only spent one night and pulled about 300 miles but no complaints.
Every other one has had Trail-Air pin box and suspension. This one is all Mor-ryde. So far I have to say the Trail-air was a far superior pin box, but we'll see.

Bill

Yes, I did notice a large difference without the air bag. The Trail-air was a much smoother hitch. Jury still out on the mor-ryde IS. If I was to factory order a new one today, I would probably go with Trail-air all the way around. Time will tell on the IS, but so far it's money down the drain in my opinion.

Based on my experience with having the TrailAire air bag suspension and now the MORryde IS I would take the IS any day even at a premium price. Never owning the MORryde pin box in the perfect world I would use it's fore/aft cushioning on a TrailAire air bag pin box.

Congrats on your new rig Bill!

I have the Mor/ryde pin box and the trailer saver hitch. I like the combo but I have to admit I haven't tried them all to compare. Good Luck

Today I received a new Frigidaire FFLE4033QT washer/dryer combo unit and installed it. This unit is 240v. When finished install, pulled the sheets off the bed and had a test run. Wash time 23 min, dry time 21 min. Could not be happier
Two days ago I installed a Dish network sat receiver on the roof. That took almost 2 hours because I found 4 coax cables on the roof. One white and 3 black. The white was an easy figure, it is satellite cable #2 in the entertainment center. Used my ring tone tracer to find satellite cable #1 on the roof, hooked everything up and away we go. Called DRV about the id of the 2 extra cables. He said 1 probably goes straight to the bedroom tv and the other is for the outside tv, probably. Problem is we don't have an outside tv. Just the 1 in basement and there is no coax there, and we have never used a bedroom tv. Bedroom is for sleeping. So I just tucked them back in the roof cavity.
Slowly getting it personalized. Also installed roof vent covers and an RO system for drinking and ice cubes.
Very happy with this unit, our sixth so far. Except for the Morryde pin box. I have ordered a Trailair to replace it. Much smoother ride in my opinion.

Reverse Osmosis water filtration. Removes TDS, other impurities from water.
The R.O. membrane is a type of fabric that only allows pure water molecules through it. The impurities salts, TDS, etc. referred to as brine are flushed out of another port on the housing down a drain.
