No Good Deed

I always try to be patient and honest with repair places. I have been a tech so I know how some things can go. I have been having problems with my Levelup system. I told them what was happening. Didnt try to lie a story about the front jacks. LCI has tried to repair it twice. The first time I found that after only 500 miles the problems were not fixed. I returned to Goshen to give them another chance Oct 31. On my way to Clovis, NM I find that not much has changed.

1. Rear jacks on off door side drop going down the road.
2. Rear most jack on the door side will drop going down the road.(new problem)
3. Auto retract leaves the door side rear jacks 1/2 way down.
4. Still have leaking lines near the manifold.

LCI has:
1. Cleaned trash from the system. Came from the build?
2. Replaced the rear off door jack which they had said they cant get anymore?
3. Replaced one of the valves on the manifold.

Now they (Josh) dont return phone calls or emails. Been trying for a couple of weeks.

I am wondering if Slade @ Rolling Retreats knows the system??

Don't give that another thought, Slade knows these Drv's inside out. He just replaced the front rams/jacks on our 2012. We stop by there twice a year for any repairs and for him & Travis to look it over. Unfortunately, he needs a 6 to 8 week advance appointment.

Josh @LCI responded to my many calls and email by email yesterday.
They apparently dont have a clue and will have to get back with me after they "put their heads together".

Slade is only 250 miles away so that looks like the best choice to me.

When going to Elk City, what rv park do you use?

If space is available you can stay at their own little park.

Elk City also have free spaces on a lake. 50 amp and water. I think there are 5 or 6 of them. They are first come first serve. I think the max stay is 5 day’s. It is about 5 minutes from Rolling Retreats.

I thought it is called Elk City Lake Park. Alicia knows about this park.

Rolling Retreats has several sites available for customers. They are 50 amp power with water close by to fill your tank (not to stay hooked to). They will move the trailer into the shop in the morning to work on it and then pull it back to the site at the end of the day to repeat as necessary. The sites aren’t much, but they are functional. They have a dump station (if you can call it that - really just a pipe into the septic system) across from the shop along the driveway. Again, nothing fancy but it is functional to dump tanks when necessary. I spent about five days or so there when I picked up my trailer.

You can usually run a hose to your rig there if you don't want to fill your tank.h20 is filtered at the home they use to live in.Now its a gift shop, shirts and stuff.
