No power

Just arrived at campground in Santa Fe NM hooked up to power but have nada! The surge protector is not showing anything! There was no breaker on the box where I plugged in!
And of course the people managing the campground are gone for an hour!
The blue light at the MH connection is lit which indicates it's plugged to outlet but I'm not getting anything!
Surge protector is working properly with granny running!
Please help!

If there is a 15-20amp receptacle at the 30/50 amp service box, try connecting your coach to that if you have the correct adapters. This will confirm power to coach status. You can also check status of power at CG service box if you have a meter or wait for someone from CG to check. Not sure what "blue light" you are referring to.

The blue light is at the receptacle where you plug the cord into the coach!
I guess I will wait for the manager to get back!
Note to self! From this pony on always plug in first to see if it works before leveling, connecting water and sewer!

There should also be a main 30 or 50 AMP breaker in your coach. Did you check to see if that has tripped?

Also, issues at campground power poles is not uncommon. I just had it happen over the weekend where they had to replace their breaker. Also had it happen at a KOA in NC earlier this year.

Update ! Campmanager came checked the breakers and moved me to a site next to the one I was in!
Same thing! Once I plug in the surge protector kicks it off!
Manager said people in both these sites had no problems the night before!
Both those sites are on the same circuit!

Sounds like a bad breaker at the service post. Had the same thing happen to me in Biloxi. I moved and things were ok, maintenance man replaced breaker in first site.

Moved to a different site on different circuit and I'm still having the same issue!
Where can I fine the breaker in my coach?

Not familiar with your coach, but try under the bed area for a breaker panel

I finally had to call a tech to come and resolve the problem. So the problem was with the MH not switching from generator to shore power! All he did was turn the generator on at the same time it was hooked to shore power! After doing that a few times it started running off shore power!
I'm sorry there's probably a better explanation for it, but basically that was the problem!
He also suggested I get another power cable! He said the one that came with the coach didn't have a good quality plug!
$100 service call but at least I now have power without running the generator!

Transfer switch was stuck, it gives priority to the generator, cycling a few times got it unstuck. You were lucky! If it happens again you probably need to look at getting a new transfer switch. Before you do, unplug the coach, generator off, remove the transfer switch cover and check all the connections.

Sounds like your transfer switch was sticking. Keep an eye on it.

I've no idea where the transfer switch resides!
Can you point me in the right direction?

Check outside compartment where electrical cord plugs into coach. Otherwise might be inside under bed.

Which AXIS do you have? We called THOR to find ours, they sent us to the wrong area, but learned a lot about our coach during our scavenger hunt.

Our 25.2 transfer switch ended up being under drawers under the stove. Just look for a box with lots of electrical cables coming out of it.

Yours "should " be at least close to where ours is. I would check on the floor of the cabinets under the stove or next to it.

You have to remove the drawers, and remember to make sure you turn off the generator and disconnect from shore power before you open the cover.

Lots of information and videos on YouTube for replacing transfer switches. Fairly easy and not too expensive.
