One of these days you will pull out some drawer or remove some access panel in the most unlikely locate and find a sub-woofer in hiding.

The interesting thing is Vizio does not sell the sound bar without the sub-woofer, so if Thor is not installing them what are they doing with the extras. Are they becoming parts inventory for warranty claims?

If you look at the profiles of some of the assembly line employees, they're probably being sold at the local flea-markets, pawn shops !

We have a 2017 Challenger 37TB with the same issue, no DVD sound to living room TV. I get DVD sound on the bedroom TV, but no sound on TV, or Soundbar. And YES I'm now going in search of a Subwoofer ! Darn you guys !lol Ahhhh but I have a secret weapon,( well maybe not so secret) one of those Riobi inspection scopes that connects to your smartphone via bluetooth. I thinking that thing needs to find a home in my tool TUB !
Ok my soundbar is connected to the TV, with an optical cable. I want to disconnect that, and try RCA CABLES, but I to will have to remove the TV for access, which I have yet to do.
