I have one at home, and love it! It totally took care of my snoring problem, and is great for watching TV. A quick look at Camping World found the following (I'm sure that there are other sources and brands):

Yes we have one at home also and love it . The r5 is a little different just wondering if anyone has one

Thomas, we were looking for one also, but the chateau has a off size mattress, forgot the measurements, but we ended up getting 3/8 plywood with a continuous hindge. Made it so it was framed out, and has a piece that foldes down when not needed. I matched the angle of the one in the house.
