Well said Unwired! Thor seems like they will be good with sending parts to fix items the consumer can replace. After all the labor doesn't cost them anything and considering a service center or dealer is probably billing $120 an hour simple math makes that a win win! We get our parts and no extended down time waiting on the dealer!
