Digital Video Recorders

I’m wondering if anyone has gone to the effort of hooking up a DVR, like a Tivo Bolt or Amazon Recast in their RV? Basically, you need to hook into the coax feed from the antenna, preferably after the amplifier. For the Bolt you’d then take your coax output from the Bolt and send it on to your TV set(s). With the Recast, you could put a FireTV Stick on every TV set (at a cost of about $35 - $45 a set + a WiFi router, as cheap as $30). The Recast will then broadcast its output, via WiFi. But most importantly it can record all of your shows. There is one version with 2 tuners for $189 and another with 4 tuners for $229.

I haven’t done any of this yet but wondering if anyone out there has? And what your results have been with it?
